Good luck to all who took the time to enter our competition. Entries to the competiton has now closed and we will be drawing the winner during the Annapolis Boatshow.

The Rules

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all legal U.S. residents, age 10 and over. Employees of Topaz Sailing Systems and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

2. TO ENTER: Complete and submit on-line entry form at www.topazsailing.com. Only one entry per person will be accepted .If you are unable to apply on-line please mail a 3 x 5 index card with your name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address to Topaz Sailing Systems, 1009 Bay Ridge Ave. #105, Annapolis, MD 21403 .

3. PRIZE: (1) Grand Prize overall: One Topaz Uno Plus sailboat valued at approximately $3,950 will be awarded through a random drawing of entries made by midnight October 9, 2009. Winner will be drawn on October 10th, 2009 at 2009 US Sailboat Show in Annapolis, Maryland.

4. GENERAL: Contest will begin on February 4th, 2009 and commence on October 10th, 2009. Winner will be drawn on October 10th 2009 during the US Sailboat Show in Annapolis, Maryland. Attendance is not mandatory to claim prize. For name of winner please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Topaz Sailing Systems at 1009 Bay Ridge Ave. , # 105 Annapolis, Maryland, 21403. All taxes on the prize and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize including shipping, sales and income tax, and any applicable license, title and registration fees and insurance are the sole responsibility of winner. Once winner takes possession of the awarded prize, winner agrees to take full responsibility for the sailboat and indemnify Topaz Sailing Systems of any rights and obligations, liabilities or responsibility for any harm or injury that may occur due to the use and ownership of the awarded sailboat. Entries are accepted and prize awarded on the condition that information submitted is accurate and true. As a condition of award acceptance winner agrees to be interviewed by press and submit photographs of their experience sailing the Topaz Uno to Topaz Sailing Systems, LLC, located at 1009 Bay Ridge Ave., #105, Annapolis, Maryland 21403.
